I spent 2 days last week at a Mastermind in a Castle…

It was hosted by a guy who built a $10m Online Education business.

It was interesting for me as I was pretty much the only ‘paid ads’ guy in the room.

Everyone else there had largely built their businesses from organic content, particularly on YouTube.

So my main takeaway became evident fairly quickly…

Build an Audience.

Everything in your business is downstream from this.

I (like many) kinda didn’t realise this and did the opposite…

Choosing to build my business first, and audience second.

But now I am switching that order of priorities back around 😅

I think the liberating thing for me was that these people who had 500k+ subs on YouTube…

…did NOT have a crazy ridiculous content schedule.

Instead they focused on just putting out one quality YouTube video per week.

And that was it.

So moving forward my focus is going to be on:

  1. YouTube

  2. Instagram

It’s called the Slow Burning Super Nurture Campaign

The purpose of this campaign is to build and educate an audience quickly on:

I used to have a similar strategy for Facebook Ads back in 2021 called ‘The CBO Sequential Beast’…

Right before I revealed the CBO Sequential Beast on stage back in 2021!

But the other week I saw a YouTube video from Ravi Abuvala talking about this and I thought it was genius.

Let me break it down…👇

The set up consists of recording fifteen 40-60s videos.

We then run an engagement campaign on Instagram.

The secret sauce is in the set up…

We set it up so that you see the first video and ONLY progress to the second once you have watched at least 50% of the first video.

As a result we make sure people go through the carefully designed sequence in order.

Here’s a breakdown of the 5 stages & the types of videos we record for each… 👇

  1. The First Impression Stage

    The aim is to introduce & establish you & your business.
