The Hyper Growth Blueprint.
Read time: 4 mins…
Welcome back folks 🫡
This week’s Hyper Growth Blueprint covers:
🌞 28 lessons from 28 years
🤖 Mega-Prompt of the Week
Let’s go… 👇
I’m writing this on my 28th birthday.
I’m lucky enough to be in Lake Como where I have just spent 4 hours sailing around soaking up the sunshine & beautiful views.
I’m only here for three days… but as always escaping the ‘big smoke’ has given me time to unwind and think properly.
So I thought I would share 28 lessons I have learnt about business and life in my 28 spins around the sun… 🌞
He who dares wins. Having the confidence to act (& fail) is 99% of ‘success’.
If you don’t ask you don’t get. So ask, always. You never know what might happen 🙂
You make your life a LOT easier or harder based on the customers you choose to serve.
Everything you want in life is on the other side of a few tough conversations.
The world is not amiss of opportunities… only our ability to see them.
The harder you work the luckier you get. Not because there is more luck. But because you are better equipped with more knowledge, skills and resources to identify and take advantage of luck.
Drive revenue first, brand second. Then go all in on brand because it will drive the most revenue in the long term.
Your environment is one of the biggest impacting factors on your productivity.
It’s a useful habit to ask yourself regularly “does this choice build me up or diminish me?”
Being useful means you attract money. The more useful you can be the more money you will generate.
It’s okay to ‘think about it’. None of my best decisions were emotional. All of my worst decisions were emotional.
Just being positive and enthusiastic alone can open doors and opportunities for you.
It’s cruel to withhold constructive feedback from people you care about. Challenge them directly and with care.
How you present something is more important than the thing itself. A small bit of design or framing can add THOUSANDS in perceived value.
The only difference between you and hyper-successful people
A ‘no’ to someone else is a ‘yes’ to yourself and your goals.
Proactively plan to do more of the things that you know you will never regret doing. For me that’s journalling, meditating, cold plunge, and going to bed early to name a few.
Be okay with asking for help. You’re not meant to have all the answers.
Someone out there has probably achieved everything you want to…
…so seek them out and find out how they did it.
The extra minutes snuggling in bed or chatting with your partner in the morning have a tremendous ROI. Don’t neglect them.
Spend time thinking about what you want. Do it regularly as it will change. And that’s okay.
Invest heavily and willingly in things that upgrade the quality of your life. Tech, food, sleep, home comforts, gym, mentors, knowledge.
Make content. If you have a decent following of the RIGHT people it’s unreasonable for your business to not succeed. I am learning this now.
Focus on the inputs, measure the outputs.
Your business is exactly where it is today because of the choices you made.
Strategically use forcing functions as much as possible. Nothing can turbo charge you & your teams productivity like a deadline.
Platforms and algorithms change frequently. Human psychology does not. If you understand the latter, you’ll always be able to get customers.
Knowledge is only as useful as the degree to which you apply it.
I hope you found this useful. Elliott ✌🏼 |
