šŸ¤–šŸš€ 6 AI tools we’re experimenting with

Read time: 4 mins…

Welcome back folks 🫔

This week’s Hyper Growth Blueprint covers:

  • 🧐 What I learned from speaking to Agency Owners

  • šŸ—ŗļø How to strategically implement AI into a business

  • 🧰 6 AI tools we’re experimenting with

  • šŸ¤– Mega-Prompt of the Week

Let’s go… šŸ‘‡

Last week I had the pleasure of speaking to a bunch of fellow agency owners at an online event.

I was invited to come along and talk about how we use AI.

A mid-speech snap… cue the memes šŸ˜…

A few things struck me…

  1. How early we still are in the adoption of AI

We see big numbers & stats showing massive adoption…

…but when you go out there and speak to business owners hardly any of them of using it in any meaningful way.

This presents a significant opportunity for you and I, dear reader.

  1. How some people still struggle to see how they can use it

This became the biggest thing ā€˜holding people back’ from using AI more…

…and also the inspiration for this newsletter, where I hope to accomplish two things:

  1. Breakdown my strategy for implementing AI into a business

  2. Give you a bunch of epic AI tools & ideas we are experimenting with

My aim is by the end you feel suitably armed to begin implementing AI into your business properly.

Let’s goā€¦šŸ‘‡

How to Implement AI Strategically

You must approach AI strategically.

Not because it’s a ā€˜fad’.
Or you have FOMO.
Or you feel you should.

(or because you read in some guys newsletter that it’s a good idea… šŸ˜‰)

But because it’s a strategic decision that can drastically enhance your business.

After all…

A fool with a tool, is still a fool.

So first we must define success.

What does successful AI implementation look like?

For me there’s two:

1. Improving efficiency, without sacrificing quality

This is to do more in the same time or less, at equal quality or better.

Measured by:

  • Total Output

  • Time to Complete Task (before & after AI)

Business outcome:

  • Increased Revenue per Employee

  • Increased Gross Profit Margins

  • Increased EBITDA

If you have a business where people play a role in your delivery…

…this should be your focus as your ability to increase your capacity (number of clients served) whilst maintaining your existing headcount (& thus overheads) is a potential gold mine.

2. Adding Additional Value

This is to do new valuable things that you previously could not, due to lack of skills or capacity.

Measured by:

  • Total Number of New Deliverables

  • Your Price (If your adding value… this should go up!)

Business outcome:

  • Increased Client Results

  • Increased Client Retention

  • Increased Close Rates

  • Increased Revenue

The key here is to the additional things MUST be congruent & complimentary to your core business.

I am NOT talking about adding random services just because you can…

When you try to add any new AI tool or process… it HAS to do one of these two things.

If it doesn’t… then chuck it out and move onto the next.

6 AI tools we’re experimenting with at BOTTERS.

I do love a new tool… so I wanted to share six that we are currently experimenting with.
