The Hyper Growth Blueprint.

Welcome back šŸ«”

This weekā€™s Hyper Growth Blueprint covers:

  • šŸ˜±How I discovered a $80m business running on 97% profit margins

  • šŸ’”What we can learn from itā€¦

  • šŸ¤– Mega-Prompt of the Week

Letā€™s goā€¦ šŸ‘‡

Iā€™m currently enjoying my final few days in Florida.

Living by the spirit of ā€œWhen in Rome...ā€

ā€¦visiting Disney World has been a big part of this trip.

Enjoying

In between scoffing Mickey waffles and racing to be the first on the most popular rides each morningā€¦

ā€¦something really stood out to me.

Everyday I would see groups of families on VIP tours of Disney.

The guides wear a distinctive tartan patterned shirt and escort them around the parks, going behind the scenes and loading them straight onto the rides.

This use to be a very rare sighting, but now they are everywhere.

FOMO kicked inā€¦ and so a couple days ago had a VIP tour of our own.

We had the lovely Lyssa be our guide, and I quizzed her on the numbers behind the VIP toursā€¦

ā€¦and what I discovered BLEW my mind šŸ˜‚

Check this outā€¦

A Disney VIP tour costs $450 per hour.

You have to do a minimum of 7 hours.

Making the cheapest tour $3,150.

Throughout the year they average 70 tours per day.

Disney is open 365 days per year.

Which means they do 25,550 tours per year.

At $3,150 per tourā€¦

ā€¦thatā€™s $80,482,500 in additional revenue from these tours!

Nearly a 9-figure business.

But itā€™s doesnā€™t stop thereā€¦

They only have 74 full staff.

They pay them $17 per hour salary.

Which on a 40-hour work week equates to $2720 per month, or $32,640 per year.

This means there fixed cost each year to pay 74 guides is   $2,415,360.

Now the guides operate within all the existing theme parks, so thereā€™s no real additional costs.

Which means itā€™s an $80m per year business with $2.5m of costsā€¦

ā€¦meaning itā€™s running 97% gross margins and spitting off $77m of profit every year!!!!

Thatā€™s a sexy business if I have ever seen one.

Soā€¦ what can learn from this?

Clearly we are not Disney and do not have our own theme parks to leverageā€¦

Howeverā€¦ itā€™s makes you think what hidden opportunities are available to us in our businesses right now that we just havenā€™t thought of yet?

I believe that most businesses reading this will be sat on a database of leads with hundreds of thousands, if not millions of additional revenue just waiting for them.

Or marketing funnels that are working okayā€¦ but are hindered by one or two constraintsā€¦ that if found and tweaked would snip their CPAs in half & double their profitability overnight.

You just have to look for, and find the opportunities.

Which is by far my favourite thing about what we do at BOTTERS. šŸ˜….

So my question to you this week - what opportunities are hidden in your business?

Hit reply and let me knowā€¦

Thanks,

Elliott āœŒšŸ¼
