Like many I tuned in to the Euros on Sunday.
Eagerly anticipating the moment England ended 58 years of hurt…
But alas… it wasn’t meant to be.
That being said I loved this line from Southgate…
Last week I had the opportunity to speak at the Royal Institute in London.
It was an event for Agency Owners and the topic was AI.
After my talk, I was chatting with a few of the Agency Owners in the room.
One of the recurring themes that came up was getting their staff excited about using AI was tough.
Some naturally lean into and love it.
Others are disinterested and avoid it at all costs.
So how can you build a team that embraces AI?
I think it comes down to three things…👇
Educate them - show them why YOU are excited & why THEY should be too.
Give them access - and time to play with it.
Be the evangelist - repeat the message.
Over and over again.
And then again.
Oh… and reassure them they won’t be replaced by AI!
Once they embrace it…
…you now need to strategically implement it into your business so it make you better and more profitable.
Here’s my simple 5-step process as to how we have been implementing AI into our business:
Get you & your team to play with AI 👩🏻💻
Identify your current constraint 🚨
Map out your existing process 🗺️
Create a new AI enhanced process 🤖
Test it out 🧪

How to tell if your Meta Ads are working 🧐
Understanding if something is working or not is another recurring theme that has come up recently…
Here’s my very simple framework…
#1 - We must know our Kill Point Target
What is your target for the campaign?
Is it a £10 CPL?
£200 CPA?
You need clarity on this…
#2 - Kill everything below the Kill Point Target after;
a) it's had at least 1x your Kill Point Target in spend
b) it shows poor in-platform metric benchmarks (CTR, CPC etc.) after 1-2k impressions per ad or 8k impression per ad set.
#3 -Turn off every ad that is below the average cost per result
#4 - Spend more on everything that’s working… 😄
It’s really that simple.
That’s 50% of the work a good ads manager or media buyer will do for you 👍

I created this prompt to help analyse the performance of Facebook Ads.
Take a screenshot of your Meta Ads account and paste into your AI chat of choice along with this prompt…
AI will then analyse the performance of your ads using the AIDA metrics:
Attention: Impressions & Thumpstop rate
Interest: Click-through rate, engagement rate, video view rate
Desire: Link Clicks, Cost per Click, Landing Page Views, Add to Carts
Action: Conversion, Cost per Conversion, Conversion Rate
