🤖🚀 This guy blew my mind...

The Hyper Growth Blueprint.

Read time: 4 mins…

Welcome back folks 🫡

This week’s Hyper Growth Blueprint covers:

  • 🏛️ Lessons from Ancient Rome

  • 🤯 One heck of a story…

Let’s go… 👇

I’ve just returned from 3-days in Rome.

Honestly, my brain is fried.

Not from the coffee…

But from absorbing the absolute INSANITY of history that surrounded me.

You can read about it all you want in books…

…but standing in the Colosseum where gladiators literally fought to the death 2,000 years ago…

…or walking through the Roman Forum where some of the most consequential decisions in human history were made…

…it just hits differently.

But there was one historical figure that completely blew my mind when I really dug into his story.

Julius Caesar.

We all know the name.

But holy smokes - his actual journey is WILD.

Here's a guy who:

  • Rose from relative obscurity to become one of history's most famous leaders

  • Conquered Gaul (modern France) against massive odds

  • Expanded Rome's territory by over 640,000 square miles

  • Crossed the Rubicon river knowing it would trigger a civil war (and then won it)

  • Completely reformed the Roman calendar (which is pretty much what we still use today)

  • Was named dictator for life (before being stabbed 23 times by his "friends" - not the best ending, I'll admit)

But here's what struck me about Caesar's story…

And why I'm sharing it with you on a Tuesday morning (when we both have 147 other things to do):

He knew EXACTLY what he wanted.

He had a crystal clear vision and an unwavering plan to get there.

And he refused to stop despite setback after brutal setback.

Captured by pirates?
He promised to return and crucify them. (He did.)

Facing off against an army 3 times the size of his?
He regrouped, lured them into a pincer trap and decimated them.

That's exactly what entrepreneurship feels like some days.

The market throws a curveball.
A competitor undercuts you.
A campaign flops.
A key team member quits.

And all you can do is adapt, pivot, and keep moving forward.

Caesar didn't achieve what he did because the path was smooth.

He achieved it because he was relentless about pursuing his vision, regardless of the obstacles.

It's a simple lesson.

And one I needed to be reminded of this weekend as I stared at buildings that have stood for thousands of years.

So if your business feels like it's fighting an uphill battle right now…

If the market seems stacked against you…

Or if you're wondering if all the effort is worth it…

Take a page from Julius's playbook.

  • Get crystal clear on your vision.

  • Develop a plan to get there.

  • And refuse to give up when the inevitable obstacles appear.

Because greatness isn't built in a day (and neither was Rome, as they say).

But it IS built by those who know what they want and refuse to settle for less.

Have a fantastic week

Here’s to you to keep winning 💪
