Last Friday I analysed 37 sales calls in 6 minutes…
I found patterns our sales team completely missed.
Then rewrote our entire VSL based on what prospects actually said.
Here's exactly how I did it…👇
One of our funnels for our software company (GenieAI) needed a revamp.
I wanted to juice it up with a proper Video Sales Letter (VSL).
We book about 60 demos with prospects every week…
…so rather than starting from a blank canvas, I wanted to analyse how these demos had been going.
What were people getting excited about?
What was making them sign up?
What was getting them confused?
What were the reoccuring objections?
All of these answers were hidden in the call recordings.
So I grabbed every call transcript from the last month.
And uploaded them into this AI tool called Manus.

Manus in action…
Manus is an ‘AI Agent’ similar to ChatGPT…
…but it can handle massive documents without having a stroke.
Once it had ready them all I asked it…
"What are prospects REALLY saying?"
Five minutes later, my jaw dropped.
The actual objections:
"I'm not tech-savvy" (80% of calls)
"Will this work with my systems?" (70% of calls)
"How do I know you'll support me?" (85% of calls)
Interestingly, price barely made the list.
Here's where it gets good...
I then fed Manus our VSL framework.
Told it to rewrite everything based on these REAL objections.
Not what we thought people called about.
What they actually said on calls.
The AI went mental.
Started pulling exact quotes from prospects.
Building stories around their actual concerns.
Writing objection-handlers using our successful rebuttals.
It was like having a copywriter with perfect memory of every sales conversation we'd ever had.
The new VSL addresses every concern before they even think it.
Because it's based on hundreds of actual conversations.
Not our assumptions.
We're filming it & launching it next week.
I'll share the results once the dust settles.
But here's my prediction:
When you stop guessing what prospects want...
And start listening to what they actually say...
Everything changes.
