The Hyper Growth Blueprint.

Read time: 4 mins…

Welcome back folks 🫔

This week’s Hyper Growth Blueprint covers:

  • 🤩 The ā€œiā€ word…

  • šŸ“§ Swipe these 20 Email Frameworks

  • šŸ¤– Mega-Prompt of the Week

Let’s go… šŸ‘‡

It’s been a busy week.

I’ve been doing a big sort out of our office… (big news to come soon)

Upon doing so I found my ā€˜stash’ of lanyards.

Something I am weirdly proud of.

These lanyards were all given to me at various workshops, events & masterminds I have been too over the last few years.

Whilst they are nice momento’s…

…the thing I am actually proud of is that I can look at every single one of these lanyards, and remember the thing I actually IMPLEMENTED from it.

In fact, I can trace pretty much every major decision in my business that resulted in significant growth back to one of these events…

  1. Productising my service

  2. Improving my core offer

  3. Launching a newsletter

  4. Understanding & implementing AI

  5. Who (& how) to hire

  6. Becoming a Leader

  7. Building a scalable org structure

  8. Structuring high level compensation packages

  9. How & what to systemise

  10. What & how to track

  11. Crafting a proper guarantee

And a ton more…

Whilst our ego likes the idea of figuring things out for ourselves…

It’s much quicker & easier to invest in learning from people who have already done what you’re trying to do.

Providing you actually IMPLEMENT.

Learning = acquiring new information that leads to a change in behaviour.

No change in behaviour = no learning has occurred.

My team & I have created almost
15,600 emails over the last 5 years…
