Welcome back folks šŸ«”

This weekā€™s Hyper Growth Blueprint covers:

  • šŸ¤Æ Three Masterminds back-to-back?!?!

  • šŸ’° The #1 problem you need to solve first

  • šŸ”„ How to fix all 6 parts of a Growth Engine

  • šŸ¤– Mega-Prompt of the Week

Letā€™s goā€¦ šŸ‘‡

This weekend was spent inā€¦ you guessed itā€¦ ANOTHER Mastermind šŸ˜…

That is 3 on the trot.

This is highly unusual and I do not recommend.

Masterminds are only as useful as the stuff you IMPLEMENT after itā€¦

ā€¦and having three in quick succession leaves you with a rather large to do list.

BUT despite that, it was definitely worthwhile as I was once again surrounded by people who were leagues ahead of me in business.

In this case many doing Ā£500k - Ā£1m+ every month.

Having sat in this room with Entrepreneurs doing Ā£1m/monthā€¦

And then sat in a similar room with entrepreneurs doing Ā£30k/monthā€¦

There was a notable difference in the topics discussed.

For the small businesses, under letā€™s say Ā£1m in annual revenue, there is only one big problem they need to solve: how to rhythmically acquire customers.

For the businesses over that mark, the very nature of getting there means they have a system for getting customers and so a much more diverse set of problems appearsā€¦

ā€¦from leadership, to recruitment, to operational optimisations, to tax efficiencies.

It made me realise:

The first & biggest problem in a business is not having a system to bring you in customers.

If you donā€™t have this, you donā€™t have the time or freedom of focusing on other things.

I like to call these systems Growth Engines.

Because they are machines made of multiple components working together in harmony to find, nurture, and convert prospects into customers.

There are fundamentally 6 components to a great Growth Engine;

  1. Your need a traffic source you have complete control over

  2. You need crystal clear clarity on who youā€™re trying to attract

  3. You need a relevant and attractive offer

  4. You need a specific landing page designed for conversion

  5. You need automated Email & SMS to follow up quickly

  6. You need a system to track every thing so you know itā€™s working.

Hereā€™s where most people go wrong with their Growth Enginesā€¦ and how Iā€™d fix itā€¦šŸ‘‡

  1. Your need a traffic source you have complete control over

Common Mistake āŒ
Reliance on one traffic source that you canā€™t control or scale up/down at will - e.g. SEO.

Elliottā€™s Fix āœ…
Invest in Paid Traffic so I can always control the volume of people that see my stuff.

Meta & Google still win for me.

  1. You need crystal clear clarity on who youā€™re trying to attract

Common Mistake āŒ
An undefined or broad avatar leads to undefined messaging which leads to low conversion.

Elliottā€™s Fix āœ…
Look at your current most valuable customers. Model your ICP on them.

Ohā€¦ donā€™t fall into the demographic ICP trap thinking you have to to serve one clearly defined group (e.g. Lawyers, plumbers, business coaches)

A situational niche works too (e.g. business stuck under Ā£1m in revenue with an AOV of Ā£2000)

  1. You need a relevant and attractive offer

Common Mistake āŒ
A single offer thatā€™s only attractive to a very small number of people

Elliottā€™s Fix āœ…
Create two types of offers: lead magnet offers & your core offers.

Having both in your Growth Engine means you tap into the people who are ready to buy now (core offer) and those who are earlier on in their buying journey (lead magnet offer).

  1. You need a specific landing page designed for conversion

Common Mistake āŒ
Getting a website built by a web agency that doesnā€™t understand conversion focused design.

Elliottā€™s Fix āœ…
Create specific landing pages that are focused on getting the right people to take the next step.

Functionality First. Aesthetics Second.

Hit reply & let me know if you want me to share my landing page swipe file?

  1. You need automated Email & SMS to follow up quickly

Common Mistake āŒ
Sending less than 3 email follow upsā€¦ OR not using SMS.

Elliottā€™s Fix āœ…
Use a system like GHL to make sending automated SMS easy - itā€™s worth it just for that in my opinion.

Then use a combination of your knowledge, your ICP, and a story-based email AI prompt to create dozen of high-quality engaging email follow ups.

  1. You need a system to track everything so you know itā€™s working

Common Mistake āŒ
Marketing tracking not set up or even looked at on a weekly basis.

Elliottā€™s Fix āœ…
Pay someone to set up your Meta & Google tracking.

Then create a Growth Scorecard that tracks 1-2 metrics for each part of your Growth Engine.

E.g.

Ads

  • Ad Spend

  • Lead

  • CPL

Landing Pages

  • Total Visits

  • Conversion Rate

Follow Up

  • New Contacts in System

  • # Positive Conversations

  • Appointments Booked

Fill it in weekly and use it to isolate the constraints you need to fix.

If youā€™ve got all these things in place, I can guarantee youā€™ll have a pretty dang good Growth Engineā€¦šŸ‘

As always, I hope you found this useful.

To your success,

Elliott āœŒšŸ¼

P.S. Whenever youā€™re ready, thereā€™s three ways I can help:

Mega-Prompt of the Week šŸ¤–

Create a Handraiser Email for your Follow Up

A Handraiser is a special type of email we use to get leads to reply, so that we can then start a conversation.

Feed AI some background on your business and ICP first, and then use this prompt to create a Handraiser Email for your business, based on one of high-converting templates.

Enjoy šŸ˜„
