I was munching on an absolutely exquisite Pan Suisse at the weekend when I was STRUCK by two critical thoughts…

The first was triggered by the launch of Sora 2 - OpenAI’s new AI video generation model.

Whilst I was certain before…

…after seeing this I’m even more sure it’s inevitable that the online video content landscape is on the precipice of monumental change.

It blows my mind to think about how good these tools are going to be in 10 years…🤯

The second was triggered by this post from Daniel Priestley about the launch of ChatGPT Advertising…

…and the impending 12-24 months of glory to be had by advertisers who are primed and ready.

Was this a great use of urgency to promote ScoreApp? Yes.

Is it also a very logical series of event I think could unfold? Absolutely.

The next few months are going to see some extremely fast-paced changes to the advertising world…

…and my team and I will be on the frontlines doing our best to filter the BS and keep you updated with what you actually need to know.

What to do when people say “I can’t afford it”

It’s Christmas Eve.

Most sales teams have clocked off.

But Halyna, my Head of Sales, was still on a call with a prospect when she heard this timeless objection…

"This sounds amazing, but I just can't afford it right now."

She could have easily let it go. Wished him well. Moved on to the next lead.

Instead, she leaned into our guarantee…

"Look, I understand the financial concern.

But here's the thing - we're so confident this will work for you that if it doesn't, you get every penny back. No questions asked."

The prospect put £5,000 on his credit card.

Fast forward a few months:

This prospect turned customer is absolutely flying.

They’ve gone from no marketing… to running extremely profitable weekly webinars.

Now consistently hitting £5,000 net profit. Every single week.

Because he bought it, implemented it massively, and got the results.

There are two massive lessons here… 👇

Lesson 1: The power of a proper guarantee.

When you genuinely believe in what you sell, a strong guarantee isn't a risk - it's a sales tool.

It removes the prospect's fear and transfers it to you.

But you can only do this if you're confident you can deliver.

Which is why making sure you can consistently deliver what you promise is the number one pre-requisite to scaling your marketing.

Lesson 2: You have a duty to help the right people.

If what you sell actually works, and someone is genuinely the perfect fit…

…you owe it to them to get them over the line.

It would have been easy for Halyna to let that deal go.

But her faith in what we do - backed by our guarantee - got them the result they needed.

And here's the kicker..

Because the prospect had skin in the game (£5,000 on a credit card), he was heavily incentivised to make it work.

He didn't just buy and hope.

He implemented like his life depended on it.

And got amazing results because of it.

  • The guarantee got him to buy.

  • The investment got him to act.

  • The combination got him the outcome.

Interesting, eh?!
