Have you ever stopped to think…
Why are some people insanely successful…
…whilst others (who often work just as hard, if not harder) are not?
The difference between the top 1% of people & the rest is simply: information.
Those at the top, have access to information that the majority do not.
Therefore, if you want to be successful in any endeavour, it makes sense to try and seek out this knowledge so you can apply it yourself.
This realisation led me on a quest.
A quest to consume as many books, articles & training courses from the people at the top of the game when it comes to acquiring customers with paid ads & AI.
This quest has even sent me across the globe to various events to seek out this information.
As a result, I’ve begun to distill the lessons I’ve learnt along the way into what I now call Hyper Growth Principles.
They are principles that I have learnt, and then tried & tested in our own agency.
They now form the foundation of our strategy that we use to generate millions in revenue for our clients every month.
The very first principle has been transformative for me (& I don’t use that term lightly) so I wanted to share it with you today, as maybe you’ll find it useful too…
Hyper Growth Principle #1: Energy = Finite
I learnt this principle from a book called Essentialism by Greg Mckeown
The Energy = Finite Principle Visualised
We all have a finite amount of energy & focus every single day.
We get to choose how we deploy it.
If you choose to spread your energy across multiple businesses, projects, or things… the progress you make in each will be limited.
However, if you choose to direct ALL of your energy in one direction, you will make huge amounts of progress.
I’ve met several people in the last few years that seemingly own about 17 different businesses… yet not 1 of them is particularly successful.
And the reason why can be explained by this Principle.
Your energy is finite. Choose how you spend it wisely.
Heres’s 4 ways we apply this in our world of Paid Ads & AI…
#1 Prioritise one campaign at a time…
If you try & rush the creation of a campaign 9/10 times you’ll f*ck it.
Successful marketing rarely happens by accident.
It requires a significant degree of care & thought.
Trying to create multiple different campaigns with different goals & target customers all at once limits the energy, and as a result quality that goes into each.
#2 Nail one ads platform first…
I chat to a lot of business owners who want to launch ads on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest… all at the same time.
Bad idea - it’s much more efficient to focus on one platform first.
Start getting amazing results, and then transfer everything you’ve learnt to the new one.
You absolutely can build a multi-7 figure business with just ONE ads platform.
#3 Use AI & Robotic Process Automation (R.P.A) to free up time…
We’re hellbent on freeing up as much time as possible for high-quality ‘deep work’ in my agency.
We do that by automating as many of the mundane (but still important) tasks that need doing every week. Such as:
Checking Meta & Google Account Budgets & sending alerts.
Analysing Ad Account Performance & sending email updates with key stats & insights.
Analysing my monthly PnL & sending me insights on Slack.
Analysing Google Analytics Data & reporting on Website traffic performance.
Sending me updates on how many Newsletter Subscribers we have.
And loads more.

#4 We stay in our lane…
As we’ve grown it would have been so easy to bolt on a whole bunch of additional complimentary services (SEO, organic social, web design etc.) to our agency.
We have not, thanks to this principle.
Imagine… if we started trying to deliver 2, 3, or 4 additional services then our energy & focus becomes split.
The level of service (& likely results) would dip.
Our value proposition therefore becomes weaker, as we’re no longer specialist.
My team’s development in their areas of expertise would dip.
Our reputation would take a hit.
And you bet that sales & revenue would take a hit as well.
All from one well-intentioned idea to ‘make our agency’s service more valuable’.
