Welcome back folks 🫔

This week’s Hyper Growth Blueprint covers:

  • šŸ“° Why I spoke to 1,400 people about this…

  • šŸ—ļø 2 Lessons from a Billionaire & a Mountaineer

  • šŸ¤– Mega-Prompt of the Week

Let’s go… šŸ‘‡

This week’s newsletter is coming to you live from the ICC.

It’s the National Entrepreneurs Convention.

An annual two-day pilgrimage where 1,400 Entrepreneurs get together to think and learn.

I have just come off stage speaking about…

…this very newsletter!

And now I’m sat in the audience to enjoy the rest of the show…

…after I finish writing this email šŸ˜„

The truth is this newsletter has totally transformed my business.

And I’ll be releasing a full video deep dive of exactly how next weekšŸ‘

But for now…

I want to share the two big lessons I’ve learned so far from The National Entrepreneurs Conventionā€¦šŸ‘‡

Lesson #1 Monetise - then ā€˜Fun’-etise

I learnt this from Richard Osman… you know that guy from the Pointless?

Did you know… he exited a business for Ā£3 BILLION?!?!?

Me neither… until yesterday šŸ˜…

He attributed a lot of his success from enjoying the process.

He said once you have monetised first…

…you should then focus on ā€˜Fun-etising’

I.e. building a business and doing work that you LOVE doing.

Not everything has to be hyper-optimised and efficient.

If there is fun and joy in what you are doing… it makes it easier to persist with.

Lesson #2 Strength through Adversity

This came from Darren Edward’s.

A military man & mountaineer who suffered a catastrophic fall whilst climbing that left him paralysed from the chest down.

Whilst recovering in intensive care, his mate kept repeating this phrase…

ā€˜Strength through Adversity’

After learning he’ll never walk again & the love of his life leaving him as a result…

He hit rock bottom.

But Darren remembered… ā€˜strength through adversity’

Darren went on to be the first person to Kayak from Lands End to John O’Groats.

And gave me one hell of a perspective shift.

Life is going to through a lot of s**t at you.

But our ability to stay strong, not look back, and keep moving forward is what will make a difference.

Well worth checking out Darren’s story, if you’re interested.

I hope you found this useful.

Mega-Prompt of the Week šŸ¤–

Get Dan Kennedy to critique your marketing

I love Dan Kennedy. So much I created this prompt so I could get him to analyse my marketing for me using his signature style.

Paste in an Ad, Landing Page or Email… and standby as Dan rips it to shreds.
