The Hyper Growth Blueprint

Hello & welcome back 🫡
I want to kickstart this week by revealing our most valuable ‘secrets'.
How we are able to take £1 from a business & turn it into £3, or £4+.
In other words - our proprietary methodology we use to create highly profitable marketing campaigns.
The Hyper Growth Framework.
It’s the result of 6+ years experience & £15,000,000 of ad spend.
And it looks like this:

DISCLAIMER: Don’t be put off by its complexity - at its core it’s really quite simple & I’ll break it down for you below in easy to digest, practical terms 👍
But before I dive in, let me tell you the story about how this framework came to be…
The marketing & advertising world is rife with charlatans who overpromise & underdeliver.
In fact, nearly every single one of our clients has come to us off the back of a bad experience with another agency… 😬
So from Day 1 my goal was to double down our level of expertise to make sure we could establish a reputation as the ones that actually deliver on what they say they can.
So that was what we started to do.
Until one day I was in a meeting with one of my mentors, and I was put on the spot….
He asked me…
What makes your agency different to all the other ones out there?
I thought for a few seconds…
…then stuttered out…
“Urmmm… the way that we deliver our service & get results for our clients of course…”
A terribly mediocre answer that forced me into a critical realisation.
Whilst we had a great process that genuinely was different… we had never documented it or mapped it out.
This made it very difficult for any new potential clients to truly understand why were actually different… and therefore made it a lot harder to sell to them.
This led to the realisation that the solution was to ‘productise’ our service…
…and just like that, The Hyper Growth Framework was born.
How you can use The Hyper Growth Framework…
Whilst it’s far too complex to cover in a single email, the order of the 9-steps provides a very clear, tried-and-tested approach to advertising that any business can swipe & use.
Step #1 - Numbers
Simply start by getting clear on what you’re trying to achieve with this marketing campaign.
What are you willing to spend to get a lead or a sale?
Then how many leads or sales do you need each week/month to reach your goals?
Step #2 - Customer Avatar
Understand WHO you’re trying to reach & convert with this campaign, so we can tailor all of our strategy & messaging directly towards them.
Where possible, we will focus on & profile the top 20% of a business’s most valuable customers (i.e. the ones that drive the most revenue).
Step #3 - Offer & Value Proposition
With your ideal customers in mind, now tailor your offering directly to them.
We will always try & look at the likely objections our ideal customers may have & ensure we have ways to properly overcome them.
Step #4 - Funnel Selection
Now we know WHO & WHAT we are selling… it’s time to decide on the funnel (or user journey) that we’re going to send them on.
This could be direct to your website, or to download an info pack or guide.
I’ll be sharing a full breakdown of all our battle-tested funnels in a future email for you to swipe & deploy.
Step #5 - Creative Creation
Only once you understand all the above should you then start thinking about creating your creative assets (i.e. the physical components of the campaign like your images, videos, landing pages etc.)
REMEMBER, we create ALL of this with your ideal customers in mind…
Step #6 - Winning Ad Formula - Testing Framework
When it’s time to launch our first campaigns we do it very systematically making sure to test each variable (image, copy etc.) individually.
Being able to establish cause & effect is vital for understanding what actually works.
Step #7 - Scaling
Now you’ve got your winning ad elements - so focus your budgets here.
We will go a step further & combine them all together in new campaign & really crank the budget up 🚀
Step #8 - Optimisation & Iteration
Once you’ve started scaling it’s important to begin creating new variants of your winning ad assets.
This helps us fight against ad fatigue - a.k.a. when your ad performance gradually declines as people get bored of seeing it.
Step #9 - Channel Diversification
The final step is take everything we’ve learned & try it out on new platforms so you can scale even further.
The 2 big lessons I learnt from creating The Hyper Growth Framework were…
Lesson #1: If you follow those steps in order when it comes to marketing, you will find it difficult to fail.
Lesson #2: Productising our service offering was an incredibly useful process.
And in truth, it was a very liberating thing.
It has helped us a lot in closing new business - as now our clients immediately understand how what we do is different.
And it also helped my team have even clearer direction on how to deliver our service properly & consistently.
