The Hyper Growth Blueprint.
Read time: 4 mins…
Welcome back folks 🫡
This week’s Hyper Growth Blueprint covers:
📊 I posted 31 times & this is what I learnt…
😬 The 8 Commandments of Nose-Biting Headlines
🤖 Mega-Prompt of the Week
Let’s go… 👇
I’m a noob when it comes to ‘personal branding’.
But I recognise its importance and impact…
So this year my focus is to transition from noob to novice.
To start, in January I posted every single day on LinkedIn.
My strategy was to begin to rebuild the habit of writing & posting useful stuff daily.
These were the results…

I gained around 100 followers.
I averaged 748 views per post.
I drove nearly 500 people to my profile.
I don’t need to tell you these are not particularly groundbreaking numbers…
But we all have to start somewhere.
Here’s what I learnt:
🧠 Story-based posts (like this one) generated the most views (2.4k vs average of 798)
🧠 Posts about my business & team (like this one) generated the highest engagement rate (3.14% vs avg. of 2.16%)
🧠 Every single one of my highest performing posts had an image in it
🧠 My most viewed post had below-average likes, comments, and engagement rate…
What I’m changing this month:
I am posting LESS and focusing on higher quality. Target is 3-4 posts per week.
I am focusing on sharing stories & evidence, rather than ‘how to’ posts.
I am posting pictures every time.
Hopefully I’ll beat those numbers in Feb.
Anyway… it’s time to get into the good stuff…👇
“If you want people to read what you write, you’ve got to write something that bites them on the nose - that’s your headline.”
Amen to that Gary.
When it comes to Meta Ads in particular, there is a huge opportunity to gain an advantage by having a nose-biting headline.
Get this right and you’ll drive up your click through rates, and get more people through your funnel without having to spend a penny extra.
Here are the rules I created that we use internally…👇
🏛️ The 8 Commandments of Nose-Biting Headlines 🏛️
1. They should be no more than eight words.
2. They should use powerful language.
3. They should focus on driving action.
4. They should be slightly unusual and eye-catching.
5. They should use specific numbers where relevant.
6. They should spark curiosity and intrigue.
7. They should provide clear instructions and next steps.
8. They can also ask questions.
