šŸ¤–šŸš€ The 9 Traits of the Perfect Business?

The Hyper Growth Blueprint.

Read time: 4 mins…

Howdy,

Today’s Hyper Growth Blueprint covers…

  • ā° The clock is ticking…

  • šŸ›ļø The 9 Traits of a ā€œPerfectā€ Business

Let’s dive straight inā€¦šŸ‘‡

As we cruise through August and head towards Q4….

It occurred to me we are 63.3% of the way through 2025.

This meant last week, in between watching the new WWE docu-series on Netflix…

Highly recommend ā€˜Unreal’ on Netflix

I spent some time thinking about the ā€œperfectā€ business I want to build.

I narrowed it down to 9 specific traitsā€¦šŸ‘‡

  1. It targets a big, wealthy market that is in pain

Easy to find people that have money to spend on a painful problem they need solving.

  1. It makes a meaningful, positive impact to the world

Money is great.

But building a big business requires longevity.

Longevity requires purpose.

  1. It’s High-ticket, High-margin, High-impact

  1. It’s Brand-Centric

Your Brand = the associations people have with you.

In the long run it becomes a near impenetrable moat around your business

  1. It allows me to work in my ā€˜Zone of Genius’

Life is short.

I don’t want to waste it working on things I don’t enjoy and I’m not good at.

  1. It has Delivery → Marketing → Sales Flywheel

You get leads.
You get customers.
You deliver.
They get results.
You get more proof.
You create more marketing assets.
You get more leads… the cycle grows and grows.

  1. It has systemised ā€œstress-freeā€ delivery

That runs smoothly.

Is easily trackable.

And repeatedly gets clients the results we promise.

  1. It’s S-I-M-P-L-E

All the above becomes infinitely more difficult for every ā€˜new’ thing you try and add or shiny object you try and chase.

ā€œSimple scales, fancy failsā€ - Someone

  1. It’s leveraged to the max

There are 4 types of leverage…

  • Media šŸŽ¬

  • Technology šŸ¤–

  • People šŸ™‹ā€ā™€ļø

  • Capital šŸ’°

I would try to use all of these.

(If you do point #3 right, this enables you to generate enough of your own capital)

And that’s where I got to.

What do you think?

What would you add?

Hit reply and let me know. I’d love to hear.
