🤖🚀 The calm before the storm

The Hyper Growth Blueprint.

Read time: 2 mins…

Howdy folks,

The calm before the storm.

That’s what it feels like in our HQ this week.

Monday morning we step foot at the ICC in Birmingham for what is essentially our Cup Final.

The National Entrepreneurs’ Convention.

1,500 Business Owners.

Two days of pure value.

A dozen keynote speakers.

Awards. Surprises. The lot.

If I told you how much work went into this, you simply wouldn’t believe me.

But as I sit here on Sunday afternoon, polishing off my slides in an empty office, I feel that familiar calm.

The type of calm that’s filled with anticipation.

(With a few nerve sprints sprinkled in there as well, if I’m being honest.)

He who prepares wins.

And we’re going into this convention more prepared than ever.

Confidence is at an all-time high.

But it made me think…

How many businesses never even give themselves their own Cup Final?

How many put off hosting an event because of the work involved?

How many avoid putting themselves out there because it feels too risky?

One of the great joys in business is creating these moments.

Yes, the weeks of preparation are mental.

Yes, the investment is significant.

Yes, there’s always that voice in your head asking “what if it goes wrong?”

But every year without fail, it’s worth it.

Because of what happens afterwards.

These high-risk environments are where the outsized returns lie.

It could be a big live webinar where you spend serious money on ads.

It could be launching a new product to your entire list.

It could be stepping on stage at an industry event.

The point is this:

If you cruise through your year at a base level of comfort, chances are you’re not going to get any extraordinary outcomes.

Comfort feels nice.

But it rarely yields big results.

The magic happens when you put yourself in situations where you have to perform.

Where failure is a real possibility.

Where the stakes actually matter.

That’s where breakthroughs happen.

That’s where you discover what you’re really capable of.

See you on the other side….

As always, I hope you found this useful.
