Safe to say the second one is a lot more significant.
We have just witnessed another huge technological advancement.
The ramifications of which will be huge.

The model now understands physics, light, motion, camera anglesā¦
ā¦everything it needs to create pretty realistic video.
SORA is not open to everyone yetā¦ but it will be pretty soon.
Which means yet again an incredibly powerful piece of technology thatās extremely easy to use is about to fall into the lap of millions of businessesā¦
ā¦yet only a very few will choose to use it in a meaningful way.
So consider this your fair warning, dear reader.

Now everyoneās a filmmaker
Video has always been a challenge for a lot of businesses.
SORA democratises it for everyone.
Soon there will be no excuse to not have professionally shot video on your site.

Testing 100+ meaningfully different videos is hard.
The difference in production time is huge.
SORA will help mitigate this & allow quicker testing of video concepts.

But I donāt think itās all sunshine & rainbowsā¦
a) Humans will still win
AI is great but I donāt believe it will ever replace real human interactions.
In a world used to hyper-edited content we are already seeing a huge increase in authentic, genuine content.
Sam Sulek, a 21 year old bodybuilder went from 0-3m YouTube subs posting 40-minute unedited daily vlogs of his workouts.
Rob Li, a private chef to billionaires in the Hamptons has gone from 0-750k followers on TikTok posting what he cooks his clients every day.
Hub, an insurance worker in Dallas has gained 16m+ likes documenting his daily 9-5 life on TikTok.
Even closer to home, our Creative Director, Tabitha, started the year with 1,500 followers on Instagramā¦
ā¦and 51 days later has risen to 22,500 followers after posting candid video of her getting ready for work each morning.
I detect a growing desire for authentic insights into real human lives.
And I hypothesise this will grow stronger as the AI landscape progresses.
b) When everyoneās super, no one will beā¦
As the wise man Syndrome, from The Incredibles once saidā¦
When businesses start using SORA, the majority will all use it in the same generic way.
80% will plaster their website & social media with generic clips.
20% will invest time & energy to go a layer deeper & yield exponentially more significant results.
We aim to be the latter - and will share what we discover along the way.
