I arrived back from Florida this weekend (along with 3 extra kg’s of bodyweight 😅)

In the absence of any decent croissants… I had to look elsewhere for a tasty treat whilst I was away.

Luckily I found a place called Voodoo donuts.

It was hard to miss…

…mainly because everyday from the second it opened to the moment it closed, it had a HUUUUUUGE queue lining up outside.

When I went inside, I was immediately very impressed…

The queue was designed to wrap around a central rotating table that showcased ALL of their different donuts to all their prospects waiting.

The rotating table of donuts…

I thought this was genius.

1) It’s entertaining and a great show piece.

2) It subtly pre-sells you into buying more donuts because you can see the entire range up close & personal.

The net result of this is that no one walks out with one donut.

Everyone walks out with a huge box (or two).

We can utilise this idea when it comes to running our ads.

How to pre-sell your customers & create a tsunami of cash with ads that answer their objections & crush their limiting beliefs

All of our potential customers have objections.

An objection is a point of resistance.

It’s like a road block.

It's when they say "no" or "but..." to what you're selling.

It's their reason for not buying yet.

If we understand their objections, we can create content that speaks right to those issues.

This can completely change the quality of traffic you receive & have a huge uplift on your conversion rates.

Think about it…

 ❌ What happens when you run regular cold ads…

  1. They see your ad announcing what you do

  2. They click and land on your site

  3. They learn about your product/service

  4. They have an unanswered objection

  5. They leave ☹️

✅ When you pre-sell them with these video ads…

  1. They see your ad & discover what you do by listening to you overcome their objections

  2. They click and land on your site

  3. They gather the remaining basic details they need to make a decision from your landing page (how it works, price, delivery etc.)

  4. They enquire/buy 😁

Here’s the 3-step process we use to do this…

Step 1: Use the 10 Objection Framework

This is a simple framework we use to quickly identify our customers most common objections.

I wrote about this in-depth in a previous issue you can read here, along with a prompt we use that gets AI to do it for you which you can also get here.

Step 2: Turn each objection into a 30-60 second video ad

Take your answer to each objection & record a short video of you explaining it.

Nothing fancy, you in front of the camera, with some captions added automatically by the ‘Captions’ app on your phone will do.

The key here is to just do it & not overthink it.

Your slightly awkward video shot on your phone will ALWAYS outperform the “perfect” video that never gets posted.

Here’s an example style that has been working well for us recently…

Step 3: Launch them as Paid Ads

Naturally, these videos are perfect for bottom of funnel audiences that already know about you in some way…

…so we always start launching these in our campaigns that retarget these users.

That being said… we also launch them to COLD audiences - and it’s been working a treat.

And there you have it. A simple recipe & workflow to create a steady stream of high-converting video ads.
