Last week I drove 357 miles up north & plunged myself into social isolation for a week.

It was for a short period of ā€˜Monk Modeā€™.

My objective was simple: remove myself from the distractions of a busy office & London so I could spend time on 3 key projects.

Bumped into this guy on a lunchtime walk

I learnt three thingsā€¦

i) A change of environment is a powerful stimuli for your brain.

Putting myself in a new environment helped me see & think about things in different ways.

ii) The human brain is a powerful supercomputerā€¦

ā€¦but it can only hold one thought at a time.

This means there is a hidden opportunity cost to every thought you haveā€¦

ā€¦of all the other possible thoughts you COULD of had.

When I realised this, it made me think a lot more about where I direct my mental energy.

iii) It felt damn good to reconnect with natureā€¦ šŸ€

Fresh air. Walking through fields. Awesome wildlife.

I forgot how good it felt.

Anywayā€¦ time for the juicy stuffā€¦šŸ‘‡

The 10 Objection Framework

This simple-yet-effective framework is an important part in Step 3 of The Hyper Growth Framework.

We started using this simple framework around a year ago and it's caused a seismic shift in our conversion rates.

It's all about understanding the questions your potential customers have that might stop them from buying.

Before any of us make a purchase, there are a string of 10 questions that we ask ourselves - either consciously or subconsciously.

If we feel we do not have a good enough answer to any one of these questionsā€¦

ā€¦then it causes hesitation.

And hesitation = inertia.

Meaning no action. No lead. No sale.

So hereā€™s where The 10 Objection Framework comes in!

We want to use these questions and prepare crystal clear answers.

We then make sure all these answers are obvious in our ads, landing pages & emails.

The aim is to leave no stone unturned in their decision-making journey.

Simple, hey?

Letā€™s dive into the questionsā€¦

Objection #1 - How is your product different from everything else Iā€™ve seen?

This is your product's unique selling proposition.

What separates you from the rest?

Objection #2 - Whatā€™s in it for me? What will I get out of it?

What weā€™re all really thinkingā€¦ pretty much all the timeā€¦

What exactly will they gain from your product/service?

Objection #3 - How do I know this product is real?

This is all about establishing legitimacy.

Answer exactly how and why your product is real and reliable.

Objection #4 - What has held me back in the past from getting the results I want?

Identify and address past roadblocks.

Once you understand what has held them back before, you can provide a solution to the problem.

Objection #5 - Who/what is to blame for my past lack of results?

Determine where the blame lies for past failures. (HINT: not with them!)

This liberates them, gets them onside, and it helps them move forward.

Objection #6 - Why should I do this now?

Create urgency.

Give them solid reasons why now is the right time to buy.

Objection #7 - Why should I trust you?

They need to know why they should trust you, and you need to give them those reasons.

Think reviews, awards, testimonials, UGC.

Objection #8 - How does it work?

Break down exactly how your product or service works.

This creates the link between them using it & the outcome they desire.

Objection #9 - How can I get started?

Call to action time. Keep it clear & powerful.

Make it super simple for them to take the first step.

Objection #10 - What do I have to lose?

Finally, minimise their risk.

Show them that what they stand to lose is minuscule compared to what they gain.

If your ads or funnels arenā€™t convertingā€¦ itā€™s probably because youā€™re not answering a few of these questions clear enough.

We found our conversion rates shot up once we started implementing this framework.

Simply because it addresses customer's concerns upfront so there's no room for doubt.

The more closely you can articulate your customers thoughts in your copy to the way they think about them in their headā€¦

ā€¦the more effective it will be.

And this framework is an easy way to start getting better at it.
